Project
The Shops at Lantern Street are located within the Kendall Town community, which is a 300-acre mixed-use project made up of commercial, office, hotel, multi-family and single-family uses. The project comprises three buildings with retail space located along the first level and office space on the second, for a total area of 126,000-square-feet. The project was inspired by historical coastal urban towns such as Charleston, Savannah and historic Jacksonville, and it was designed in an urban context.
