Project
San Sebastian Inland Harbor is an infill mixed-use project located in the historic district of St. Augustine. This 13.5-acre project consists of residential condominiums, a hotel, destination spa, retail shops, 65-slip marina, outdoor amphitheater, public sculpture garden, multi-level parking garage and public riverwalk. Ervin Lovett & Miller developed the master site plan; set the architectural character; and designed landscape and hardscape features such as entry monuments, pools, spa, courtyards, riverwalk, amphitheater and sculpture gardens. The firm provided schematic design/consultation on the principle buildings for the project.
