Project
San Marco Place will be an urban, mixed-use building with 21-stories, including a 141-unit condominium building with retail shops on the ground level. Its Mediterranean architectural style will complement the San Marco/Southbank area. The project will include structured parking as well as an elevated pool-and-tennis amenity. This is an urban infill project developed next to a skyway transit station located one block from the St. Johns River.
