Residence at Julington Creek
Role
Ervin Lovett & Miller served as the design architect and produced the architectural construction drawings for the project. Ervin Lovett & Miller also provided landscape design concepts and pool design concepts for the house.
Project
A two-story 6,775-square-foot Shingle Style house with an open floor plan located on Julington Creek in St. Johns County, Florida. The physical and visual connection back to the creek was the over-riding concept behind the design of the house as well as the ability to enjoy the wide expanse of the front yard from the comfort of either the deep front porch or the screened porch located on the side of the house.
