Project
This 300-unit residential community features a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and coach-home villas. An infill site near the exclusive beach village of Siesta Key, Pacifico is a private residential enclave designed around an old-Florida theme with Spanish-inspired architecture. Design elements include stone, barrel-clay tile and heavy timbers. A conservation subdivision, the community was certified “green” by the Florida Building Council, and the buildings are LEED certified.
