Project
Inspired by the historic courtyards and gardens of St. Augustine, Laterra at World Golf Village is home to the PGA TOUR Spa as well as exclusive resort condominiums within the private King & Bear community of World Golf Village. Features include a central pool, courtyard and gardens, all overlooking a lake and forested preserve. Oriented toward both golf and nature, it features fountains and a grand portal to provide a sense of arrival.
