Project
Kings Avenue Station is a mixed-use downtown urban revitalization of an existing Jacksonville Transportation Authority transit hub. The project consists of an existing JTA parking garage and skyway transit station with the addition of two hotels, 26,000-square-feet of retail shops and 90 multi-family homes. A central public courtyard will be featured adjacent to the local ground-floor shops and will act as a social gathering area.
