Project
Kendall Town is a 300-acre mixed-use project comprising commercial, office, hotel, multi-family and single-family uses. Ervin Lovett & Miller master planned the 300 acres and designed the hardscape and landscape features, including entry monuments, public-park space, vehicular bridges and roadway landscape. The firm also assisted with the community-development pattern book and offered design consultation on principle buildings. The project was inspired by historical coastal urban towns such as Charleston, Savannah and historic Jacksonville. Development of the project continues today.
