Ervin Lovett & Miller’s scope of services included the conceptual architectural designs for the three model homes as well as design development documents for the project. Ervin Lovett & Miller also provided conceptual landscape design and landscape construction drawings as well as hardscape/pool design concepts for the houses.
Project
Mira Bay is a community located in Hillsborough County, Florida, just south of the Tampa Bay area. Nohl Crest Homes had commissioned Ervin Lovett & Miller to design three homes for the Canal side District of Mira Bay. The sites for these homes are located on the individual canals that lead out to Tampa Bay. The lots are shallow and wide, which takes advantage of the views up and down the canals. The Boca Grande Model is a British West Indies designed two-story 3,875-square-foot residence with all rooms located so that they have views out to the canals.
