Project
Situated on approximately 1,100 acres of former citrus grove, Artisan Lake is built around a protected and enhanced oak hammock and conservation corridor. The amenity-rich plan includes 2,400 residential units in three distinct villages: Cobblestone, Heritage Park and Eaves Bend. Inspired by traditional arts and crafts, Artisan Lake is designed in the vernacular of early twentieth-century Southwest Florida.
