Project
Ervin Lovett & Miller developed the master plan for this gated community, made up of 745 homesites, an 18-hole private Tom Fazio golf course, and related club facilities and amenities. Located on an 880-acre site in a mature native pine-forest setting, the project represented the ideal relationship between residential development and golf, optimizing both and compromising neither. Ervin Lovett & Miller worked closely with Mr. Fazio in creating the master plan and golf routing. We also designed all community elements, signage, guard house, club facilities and landscaping.
