Ervin Lovett & Miller is a professional consulting firm of experienced planners, designers, architects, landscape architects and staff committed to sustainable design and the creation of great places. ELM was founded in 2001 upon the belief that the disciplines of architecture, planning, and landscape architecture are critically interconnected and should be considered together in the conception and execution of any project. It is through this creative, comprehensive, and collaborative approach that all built, contextual, and environmental relationships are optimized and the greatest value possible is created.

Combined, the firm’s founding partners have over 65 years of professional experience encompassing urban planning, mixed-use, multi-family, hospitality and resort design, commercial development, educational campus planning, park & recreation design, and residential communities.

It is our belief that each client has specific individual goals, each assignment unique program requirements, and that each site has special intrinsic and environmental qualities set in a physical and social context specific to its own place.
